• I reorganized more than 400 civil protection personnel into three territorial groups to strengthen operational coordination.
• I designed and delivered specialized training: situation monitoring, crisis management, staff operations, evacuation, shelter management, etc.
• I led crisis units during COVID-19 and public interventions.
• I created a dynamic Excel system with a full workflow for managing orders, deliveries, invoices and equipment allocation, including a procurement pre-project; I cleared several years of backlog and implemented clear tracking.
• I managed the administrative component of the infrastructure sector: procurement files, FAO control, exemption tax billing; I created an interactive Google Map and implemented a full management and tracking process.
• I structured training workflows, document digitization and rigorous data controls during COVID.
• I authored the cantonal Cultural Property Protection concept, collaborated with the Fire & Civil Protection Training Center, supported cultural institutions (rescue plans, evacuation, equipment), participated in practical exercises and served on the cantonal CPP commission.
• I managed incoming calls, filtered requests and created a structured list of standard questions.
