With over 30 years of experience in diverse sectors, I have acquired a wide range of skills, from logistics to team management, public administration, and civil protection.

My career began as a commercial apprentice, with specializations in accounting and transportation, before spending over 12 years working in the transportation sector. There, I developed skills in planning, customer management, pricing, as well as logistics and team organization.

In 2005, I decided to redirect my career towards the municipal administration of the City of Geneva, where I held the position of Head of the Civil Protection Office. There, I managed the application of legal frameworks, the administration of on-call duty, the preparation of sessions as well as the management of interventions and refresher courses. My role also expanded to include that of municipal manager of the Cultural Property Protection Office (PBC) where I participated in the development of an internationally recognized protection concept.

In 2018, I joined the State of Geneva to contribute my knowledge and expertise in cultural property protection, particularly in the Greater Geneva area. Faced with understaffing in the department, I also took charge of the administrative management of the infrastructure sector.

Since 2023, I have been in charge of the cantonal civil protection detachment, a service comprising more than 300 on-call personnel. I am responsible for team leadership, planning and organizing courses, while ensuring the proper management of operations.
